Shipping Costs

 

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping costs will not be covered by Ocean Glam Boutique.

Refunds & Returns

 

If a refund is approved:

 

• The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.
• Any return shipping fees are also the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds will be issued minus all shipping charges, regardless of the reason for return.

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

 

Ocean Glam Boutique is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. Any claims for lost or delayed packages should be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
